Kocharian's Case Has Become a Burden for Judges
The issue of whether to release or keep the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharian, in custody has become a serious problem. Moreover, within the judicial system, the situation has reached a point where judges are presenting numerous excuses to avoid adjudicating his case, including even rushing to the hospital due to a pre-infarction condition.
