Georgian and Russian Prime Ministers Congratulate Pashinyan on His Election

Today, the 7th convocation of the National Assembly elected Nikol Pashinyan as the Prime Minister of Armenia. In this regard, Pashinyan received congratulatory messages from Georgian Prime Minister Mamuka Bakhtadze and Dmitry Medvedev, the head of the Russian government.

President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan also sent a congratulatory message to Nikol Pashinyan on the occasion of his election as Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.

According to the press office of the Prime Minister's staff, the message states:

“Dear Nikol Vovay,

On behalf of the people and authorities of the Artsakh Republic, and personally from me, I sincerely congratulate you on your appointment as Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia. I hope that by taking on this high and responsible position, you and your government will continue to do everything possible for the development of the Republic of Armenia, the strengthening of the defense and security systems of the country and its people, ensuring economic progress, and expanding and deepening the triad of Armenia-Artsakh-Diaspora.”

“I am confident that all necessary measures will be taken to continuously enhance cooperation between the two Armenian republics and to address common issues.”

“Once again, I congratulate you and wish you peace, good health, great success, and new achievements.”
