Operation at a Café: Zap and Several Criminal Figures Taken to Police

Yesterday, police conducted another "operation" at one of the cafes in the capital, resulting in the detainment of four criminal figures. This has been reported by Armtimes.com.

Sources have confirmed that among those detained is the well-known criminal figure, Andranik Soghoyan, also known as Zap. The names of the other individuals have not been disclosed.
