Defense Appeals Extension of Vachagan Ghazaryan's Detention

The defense of Vachagan Ghazaryan, the former head of Serzh Sargsyan's security, has appealed to the Court of Appeal of Armenia regarding the decision of the first instance court to extend his detention period. This was reported today, December 24, in a conversation with NEWS.am by Ghazaryan's lawyer Armen Harutyunyan.

It is worth recalling that on December 13, the Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan, presided over by Judge Robert Papoyan, decided to extend Vachagan Ghazaryan's detention for another two months.
