Artsakh Is Not Armenia: Manvel Grigoryan Will Go to Artsakh, Lawyer

According to the prosecution, if he remains free, Grigoryan will leave the Republic of Armenia and go to Artsakh. This was stated today by Manvel Grigoryan's lawyer, Levon Baghdasaryan, at a press conference.

Baghdasaryan noted, "We officially declare that if released from custody, he will go to Artsakh, and Artsakh is not Armenia, and there is no legal mechanism to bring him back from there."

Referring to the court's decision allowing Manvel Grigoryan to be released against a bail of 25 million drams, the lawyer said that the court made a bold, legal, and authoritative judicial act, saving Armenia from embarrassment in the European Court.
