Manvel Grigoryan is at his residence in Aknalich, where police are providing 24-hour service.

This was stated by Police Chief Valeri Osipyan during a meeting yesterday with some of the protesters who had blocked the Ejmiatsin-Yerevan road. The information comes from the Facebook page of one of the protest participants.

“I assure you that nothing extraordinary will happen. We are on the side of the law, and that is why the police are on duty 24 hours a day,” noted Osipyan.

The police chief also reminded the protesters that the Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia will file a cassation appeal against the decision to release Manvel Grigoryan from custody on bail.
