Stepantsminda-Lars Highway Open
The Georgian Ministry of Infrastructure has informed the Armenian Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies that as of December 21 at 10:00 AM, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for all types of vehicles.
