Updated: Difficult Roads Reported

The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia informs that as of December 20 at 08:00, there are difficult-to-navigate roads in the territory of Armenia.

The Vardeniats Pass and the Alagyaz-Artik highway are impassable.

There are patches of black ice on the Sotk-Karvachar highway.

Fog is observed in the Dilijan winding roads, on the Goris-Kapan highway in the Syunik region, and in the city of Goris.

Drivers are advised to travel in the regions exclusively with winter tires.

According to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, the Stepanavan-Larsi highway is open to all types of vehicles.

According to information from the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the North Ossetia Republic of the Russian Federation, there are accumulated vehicles on the Russian side.
