Pashinyan on Controversial Appointment

I have read dozens, if not hundreds, of pages of secret documents regarding the April War, and there is not a single fact indicating that intelligence data was absent. This was stated by acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a conversation with reporters, addressing the appointment of his advisor, Arshak Karapetyan.

Pashinyan emphasized that those who assert that the April War was a result of Arshak Karapetyan's actions are implying that the higher-ups who are responsible did not share any of the blame.

He noted that prior to the April War, there were troop concentrations, which everyone was aware of.

The acting Prime Minister mentioned that numerous verbal and written reports are currently being received that still require verification.

“All our actions are aimed at revealing the truths, and they will continue to be directed towards that goal,” said Pashinyan.

It is noteworthy that on December 17, by the Prime Minister's decree, Arshak Karapetyan, the former head of the RA Armed Forces Intelligence Department, was appointed as an advisor to the Prime Minister. Several internet users have noted that Arshak Karapetyan did not report on the April War to the military leadership.
