Accident on Aparan-Kuchak Highway: Vehicles Collide, Injuries Reported

On December 19, at 15:23, the "911" service received information regarding a traffic accident occurring at the 6th kilometer of the Aparan-Kuchak highway, with injuries reported and the need for rescue services.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that a firefighting and rescue team has been dispatched to the scene.

It has been determined that two vehicles were involved in the collision: an "Opel Astra" (driver: G. G., born in 1956) and an "Opel Corsa" (driver: G. K., born in 1976). Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, a passenger in the "Opel Astra," identified as S. Sh. (born in 1980), was taken to the Aparan Medical Center.

Using special equipment, the rescuers extracted the driver of the "Opel Corsa" from the vehicle and assisted in transferring them to an ambulance. The driver was also hospitalized at the Aparan Medical Center.

Rescuers have disconnected the vehicles and closed the gas cylinder valves.
