Updated: Snow Falling on Several Roads of the Republic

The Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies of the Republic of Armenia has reported that as of December 18, at 09:30, snow is falling on the roads of the Ashtarak, Aparan, Aragats, Spitak, Talin, Artik, Kotayk, Ararat, Vayk, Sisian, and Goris regions, as well as on the Talin-Maralik-Akhuryan road segment.

The Vardenyats Pass is closed for heavy and trailer vehicles.

Road construction workers are engaged in cleaning and treatment with salt and sand on the roads.

Other interstate and republican significant roads are open.
