Today, December 18, at the Shengavit residence of the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction, a verdict was issued in the high-profile murder case of two individuals in Charbakh.
According to the judge Nelly Baghdasaryan's ruling, the accused Alik Banduryan, known as Noratus Alik, was acquitted and released from the courtroom. Gegham, known as Petros Israelian from Charbakh, was sentenced to 4 years in prison but was released under amnesty, while Armen Gasparyan, known as Bdo, was also released.
It is noteworthy that on November 13, 2016, gunshots were heard in the basement of the “Lia” beauty salon in Charbakh, resulting in the immediate death of 25-year-old Gevorg Avetisyan, while 35-year-old Aram Petrosyan and 38-year-old Mushegh Musheghyan, who sustained gunshot wounds, were transported to St. Astvatsamayr Medical Center, where Mushegh Musheghyan later died.
In this case, Petros Israelian is charged with murdering Mushegh Musheghyan in partnership with a group, while Alik Banduryan is accused of assisting in causing serious harm to Mushegh Musheghyan's health intentionally.
Armen Gasparyan is also charged with failing to inform the competent authorities about the planned serious crime of murdering Mushegh Musheghyan.
