‘What, Where, When’ Show to Air Exclusively in Armenian from Now On
‘What, Where, When’ show will now air exclusively in Armenian. This was announced by Acting Minister of Education and Science Arayik Harutyunyan on his Facebook page.
The acting minister noted in the post:
“By the government’s decision, 17 million drams have been allocated for the organization of the ‘What, Where, When’ show next year. The main criticism was that I had previously criticized the organizers for conducting it in Russian. I want to inform you that before the draft decision was put into circulation, I met with Karen Kocharyan, and he informed me that starting next year the show will be exclusively in Armenian. The show is beloved and one of the few intellectual programs on air, which is well-received, and promoting the dissemination of knowledge is one of our main policy objectives,” said Acting Minister of Education and Science Arayik Harutyunyan.
