VIDEO: Voters Transported by Opel to Polling Stations in Chambarak

In Chambarak, the driver of an Opel vehicle with license plate 87 QQ 887 is picking up people and driving them around to polling stations. ArmLur.am reports that the same car is transporting different individuals to polling stations 20/22, 20/23, and 20/24.

At polling station 20/22, a person was called from outside to assist an elderly woman in casting her vote. The media outlet reports that the 'helper' called was Armen Sargsyan, the driver of the 87 QQ 887 Opel vehicle.
