VIDEO: Ballots Removed from Envelopes, Checked and Replaced

At the 6/9 polling station in Yerevan, an observer recorded several instances of violation of voting secrecy, where an unknown person removed the ballots from the envelopes, checked them, and then replaced them in the envelopes. Only after that was the voter able to cast the ballot into the ballot box. This information has been reported by the Vanadzor office of the Helsinki Civil Assembly.
