Cargo Trucks Accumulated on the Russian Side of Lars
According to information received from the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs Emergency Management Agency, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for all types of vehicles.
The Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that, according to information from the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations North Ossetia Regional Administration, there are 320 cargo trucks accumulated on the Russian side.
