Woman Cleaning Streets in Gyumri Beaten to Death in Brutal Murder

This morning, December 3rd, a brutal murder occurred in the Slabodka district of Gyumri. An unknown assailant attacked a female resident of the area, born in 1961, and beat her mercilessly. The woman died on the way to the hospital.

This news was confirmed by Aravik Khachatryan, spokesperson for the Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia, in a conversation with Sputnik Armenia. It has been revealed that the woman worked as a street cleaner for the Gyumri City Hall. She had left for work early in the morning. According to the prosecutor's office, the person who beat the woman has fled the scene. Currently, there is no suspect or accused individual involved.

Media reports from local residents in the Slabodka district indicate that the individual who brutally assaulted the woman is a young man. Surveillance footage captured him running after the woman and attacking her with unimaginable brutality.
