A New Christmas Tree is Being Installed in Republic Square

Installation work for the country's main Christmas tree has begun over the past weekend. For the first time since 2005, we will have a new Christmas tree in Republic Square.

The tree measures 35+2 meters in height (including the top) and has a base diameter of 14.4 meters. It is made from high-quality artificial fir branches and will be adorned with approximately 200 kilometers of light chains and 1,500 decorations.
