Levon Kocharian Makes Another Statement: I Have Never Been Assigned a State Vehicle, I Have Never Received Fuel from the State
I have never been assigned a state vehicle, and I have never received fuel from the state.
This was stated by Levon Kocharian, son of the second President of Armenia, on his Facebook page, in response to an article by armtimes.com claiming that "Kocharian's son was assigned a car with state license plate 404 SS 02, a Vaz 2121 model, throughout his entire service period, allowing him unrestricted access to the military unit at any time of the day, although he did not have any specific responsibilities as a driver."
The article also mentions that according to certain information, the sons of Kocharian had ten million dollars or more in their accounts shortly after completing their service.
In this regard, Levon Kocharian writes:
"The former chief editor of the newspaper clearly 'noted' that I have never spent a night in any military unit and that I wasted state fuel. I have never been assigned a state vehicle, and I have never received fuel from the state. As for the money, I have never had such sums in my accounts. I eagerly await when they will start talking about skipping classes."
It should be noted that yesterday, Robert Kocharian's son also made a post in which he shared photos from the service location and, refuting earlier statements made by Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, noted that he had not only spent nights in the military unit but also in tents in the Pambak mountains.
