Armen Ashotyan Records Another Violation by the 'My Step' Alliance
Vice President of the Republican Party of Armenia and MP Armen Ashotyan has published photographs on his Facebook page, stating that he has recorded another violation by the 'My Step' alliance.
In particular, he wrote:
“Another violation by the My Step alliance:
Their candidates are systematically violating the law by placing their campaign materials on taxis, which is prohibited by the Electoral Code.
In these particular images, we can see Hrach Hakobyan, the brother-in-law of Nikol Pashinyan.
I invite the attention of the Central Electoral Commission and observers.

Article 21
2. Visible campaign posters, printed campaign materials, and other materials can only be pasted on:
2) with the consent of individuals, only on buildings or constructions belonging to them or under their control (except for buildings that are state and community property, educational schools, multi-apartment or subdivided buildings, public catering or trade entities), and on means of transport (except for public transport and taxis) or inside these vehicles.
Campaign posters, printed campaign materials, and other materials can only be placed on the property of a physical person (including balconies, windows, etc.) or on paid advertising boards installed on external walls of multi-apartment or subdivided buildings.”
