Lack of Students in Universities: Some Specialties Remain Without Applicants

In Armenia, there have been no applicants for 119 specialties across 31 universities. This information was shared by Karo Nasibyan, the deputy director of the Assessment and Testing Center, who presented the results of the second phase of university admission registration.

"The government has approved 2,133 free places and 10,587 paid places for this year. Last year, there were 2,142 free places and 9,998 paid places. A total of 16,482 applicants registered with the Assessment and Testing Center, and their examinations will be conducted in 49 unified examination centers," Nasibyan stated.
