Why Was Shahramanyan Not Arrested and How Did He Come to Armenia? Get Out of Our Affairs, Pashinyan

Nikol Pashinyan, during his pre-election campaign, addressed the members of the Artsakh parliament, specifically referring to Samvel Shahramanyan, who was leading the region during the war.

“No one should say they are a member of the Artsakh parliament—if you were members of parliament in Artsakh... you were pleading and begging the Azerbaijanis to let you go to Armenia. Why are you not discussing this? Starting with Shahramanyan, they should tell how it happened that they arrived, how it was that they came, and why they were not arrested. Why was that principled fighter not detained? Get out of our affairs, none of you should interfere in Armenia's political life,” Pashinyan stated.
