Kocharian Attributes His Blood to Others: Arayik Harutyunyan
The head of the Armenian Prime Minister's office, Arayik Harutyunyan, wrote: "What a terrible state you are in... Today, Kocharian said, 'Don't touch the 16th ballot, it is bloody.' When they say 'Kochar' in Armenia, he is immediately associated with blood—dozens of political assassinations, March 1st, and so on. And now he attributes the blood he brought to others. That oligarch in detention also got crushed there. Such bad days will continue."
