Peskov: Statement on Attacking Kaliningrad is on the Brink of Madness
Russia's presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov has described Lithuania's call for an attack on Kaliningrad as being 'on the brink of madness.' Before this, Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kęstutis Budrys had claimed that the North Atlantic Treaty Organization allegedly possesses 'means' that could be used against Russian military infrastructure located in the Kaliningrad region.
'That is a statement on the brink of madness,' Peskov told Pavel Zarubin, a correspondent for the Vesti news agency.
