The MP of the 'Civil Contract' faction of the National Assembly, Alkhaz Ghazaryan, addressed a publication by The Insider on his Facebook page regarding the workplace of Samvel Karapetyan noted as 'FSB Information Center' in his passport documentation.

'It becomes clear from the published documents that the workplace mentioned in the personal file of Samvel Karapetyan is the FSB Information Center. After this undeniable fact, it can now be clearly stated: we are dealing not with a Kalugachi oligarch, but with a Kalugachi spy,' he wrote.
