The Power of Money in Armenia Has Defeated: Responses from the Prosperous Armenia Party

Hayk Konjoryan, the leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) faction in the National Assembly, addressed the opposition's pre-election campaign on his Facebook page, noting:

“But admit it, it’s a magnificent sight that the once mighty men of Armenia, whose collective wealth amounts to billions of dollars, are now engaging in a marathon of ignorant bickering on air. They are helpless in the face of their own ignorance. This campaign of billionaire ignorance serves to prove that the power of money in Armenia has been defeated. These ideologically fragmented individuals, adorned with expensive jewelry, seem like the ghosts of a dead past. This is the strength of democracy.”
