According to a report received by the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia from the National Police, a group of supporters of the 'Strong Armenia' alliance, upon learning about the location of the pre-announced election campaign by the Civil Contract party, organized and obstructed the normal course of the party's election campaign.

This was reported by the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia. Specifically, on May 16, a group of supporters from the 'Strong Armenia' alliance obstructed the normal course of the Civil Contract party's campaign by blocking the road with vehicles at the beginning of the Norashen settlement.

Additionally, that same day, supporters of the 'Strong Armenia' alliance played loud music in the street at the beginning of Andranik Street in the village of Metsavan, using violence against participants of the Civil Contract party, thereby hindering the smooth conduct of the campaign.

In response to the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 211, Part 2, Clause 5 of the Criminal Code (obstructing the election campaign by a group of individuals in another manner). As part of the criminal proceedings, 10 individuals have been arrested. It is important to note that the police have arrested 10 individuals on suspicion of obstructing the election campaign and have presented them to the preliminary investigation body.
