Video: Teenagers Who Humiliated 12-Year-Old Boy Identified

On May 12, officers from the Sisian Community Police Department received operational information that two minors had verbally abused and slapped a 12-year-old boy, humiliating him while recording the entire incident on a mobile phone. Subsequent actions were carried out in active collaboration with educators.

According to the National Police, as a result, two 14-year-old boys were identified and taken to the Community Police Department.

The documents prepared and the seized mobile phone, which was used to record the incident, have been submitted to the Sisian Investigative Division.

“Such incidents are under the constant attention of the Community Police. To prevent such manifestations among minors, community police officers cooperate with educational staff, but the active involvement of parents and, in general, all community members is also very important,” the statement said.
