Peskov Outlines Conditions for Halting the War

The Kremlin representative Dmitry Peskov has stated that the special military operation could end at any moment if the Ukrainian authorities make the necessary decision.

The press secretary of the President of Russia noted that the operation will cease when the Kyiv regime demonstrates will, and when Volodymyr Zelenskyy accepts responsibility and makes the appropriate decision. In a conversation with reporters, Peskov emphasized that it is well known in Kyiv what specific decisions are being referred to.
