Israel Transfers Iron Dome to UAE

In Israel, U.S. Ambassador Mike Hekabin has publicly confirmed the transfer of Israeli "Iron Dome" air defense systems to the UAE. Speaking at the Tel Aviv Conference, Hekabin praised the Emirates' role as the first signatory of the Abraham Accords.

“Just look at the benefits. Israel has just sent them Iron Dome batteries and personnel for its maintenance,” the American diplomat stated.

According to Hekabin, Gulf countries are beginning to realize that they must make a choice between the threats posed by Iran and potential partnership with Israel.

Earlier, Axios reported on the secret coordination between Israel and Arab countries, citing informed sources. However, Hekabin became the first official to openly confirm the use of Israeli air defense systems for the protection of the UAE during the war.
