VIDEO: Russia Does Not Forgive After Crossing the Border, Kocharian
During a meeting with residents in Martuni, former Armenian President and Prime Minister candidate Robert Kocharian stated that Russia is a large and patient country but has a border it does not forgive crossing.
According to Kocharian, the country is currently plunging into a new adventure, which is clearly worsening relations with the Russian Federation and the EAEU. He urged attendees to consider the many people whose family welfare depends on ties with Russia.
The Prime Minister candidate questioned citizens about what steps they would take if Russia’s patience ran out and it resorted to drastic actions.
The former president emphasized that there are numerous examples of Russia not forgiving. He argued that the current political strategy should exclude artificial escalation of relations with geopolitical centers and strong states.
Kocharian warned that becoming embroiled in the conflicts of great powers could lead to losses, as the population pays for the mistakes of its leaders. He added that time is critically limited for approaching this issue soberly.
