Samvel Shahramanyan commented on the stance of the current government and its political actions at the Yerablur military pantheon. “If people think that Artsakh was not theirs, then there may be a certain truth in that. We also believe that the behavior exhibited by the current government indicates that Artsakh was not theirs.”

This statement was made by the former president of Artsakh, Samvel Shahramanyan, at the Yerablur military pantheon.

According to him, Nikol Pashinyan claims that they are an effective government because they have taken Armenia out of the situation it found itself in as a result of the Karabakh movement. Shahramanyan stated that effectiveness requires a program and implementers. He added that perhaps that is what Pashinyan means by stating effectiveness, as they are consistently carrying out such a program.
