New Head Appointed to Ararat Regional Investigative Department after Vedi Incident

Born on December 11, 1992, in the city of Ejmiatsin, Armavir province.

It should be noted that following the scandalous incident in Vedi, the head of the Ararat regional investigative department, Tigran Shohoyan, and the head of the Vedi investigative division, Lernik Vardanyan, have been relieved of their positions.
