Video: Only someone 'high' would think this illiterate could take power, Rubinyan

“Now do you understand why they were spreading artificially created statements in the name of the inmate for months? They knew that if he started speaking in his own name, everyone would immediately understand that he is illiterate and even more, he would start saying complete nonsense,” said Ruben Rubinyan, Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, in a video shared on his Facebook page, responding to Samvel Karapetyan's statement.

“As for the hallucinogenic mushrooms, I think the person who sends him to Armenia consumes such mushrooms every day because, excuse my expression, only someone 'high' would think that this illiterate could come to Armenia and take power,” Rubinyan added.

It should be noted that Samvel Karapetyan stated during a press conference today that he has information that the Prime Minister has brought back one ton of hallucinogenic mushrooms from China and uses them regularly. The Prime Minister has also responded to this statement, indicating that he will take legal action against Karapetyan.
