Moscow Without Internet: New Announcement

On May 9, mobile internet services will be completely disconnected in Moscow. The Ministry of Digital Development has warned that full restrictions on mobile internet will be in effect in the capital on this date.

According to the agency, during the outages, even the so-called 'white list' services may not be accessible. There may also be issues related to sending SMS messages.

The ministry noted that connections could also be restricted on May 7 and 8, in case of 'immediate threats to safety.'
