It is worth recalling that approximately three dozen leaders from various countries participated in the 2025 jubilee Victory Parade, including Chinese President Xi Jinping, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Trọng Lâm, and Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.
