Court Decision Regarding 19-Year-Old Driver

The court has imposed a two-month house arrest on 19-year-old Vardan Mkoysyan, whose driving license had been suspended.

Kima Avdalyan, spokesperson for the Investigative Committee, informed 1lurer.am that the house arrest was applied for a duration of two months to Vardan Mkoysyan, who was prohibited from driving any motor vehicles.

It had previously been reported that the 19-year-old had deliberately exceeded the speed limit in Yerevan, creating a hazardous situation and recording his actions on video.
