Proposal to Arrest 19-Year-Old Who Humiliated Nissan Driver Submitted

A proposal to apply pre-trial detention against 19-year-old V.M., whose right to drive has been suspended, has been submitted to the court, the Investigative Committee reports.

As previously reported, on April 23, around 12:40 PM, a 19-year-old resident of the Jrvajev community in the Kotayk region demonstrated overt disrespect towards other traffic participants by clearly violating traffic rules. He collided with a bus servicing route number 53 and another car in his Mercedes vehicle on Myasnikyan Avenue.

A criminal case has been initiated under several articles of the Criminal Code, including features of hooliganism.

On May 6, officers from the Avan division of the Community Police discovered, arrested, and presented the 19-year-old driver to the preliminary investigation body.
