Arusyak Julhakyan Takes on New Role

Member of the National Assembly Arusyak Julhakyan has been appointed as the chair of the Standing Committee on State and Legal Issues.

The Civil Contract faction submitted Julhakyan's candidacy for the position. Out of the 107 parliamentarians, 66 participated in the conducted closed and secret ballot. As a result of the voting, Julhakyan was elected as the committee chair with 65 votes in favor and 1 against.
