VIDEO: You Will Not Pass, You Will Remain on the Threshold - Vahagn Aleksanyan

“Kocharian will have no chance, you will not pass, you will remain on the threshold. This is most likely your last or second-to-last speech in the National Assembly, Ms. Kyureghyan, you and your entire faction,” stated Vahagn Aleksanyan, a member of the National Assembly from the ruling Civil Contract party, responding to the speech of Armenia's opposition group representative Armenuhi Kyureghyan, who said that “We must choose a national, state-minded opposition force and not give a chance to the Civil Contract, representatives of Aliyev, to be re-elected.”

“She says, 'Vote for the opposition national forces, because this government is emptying the regions so that 300,000 Azerbaijanis can come.' Really, does this government empty the regions? Since the independence of the Republic of Armenia, it is this government under which more than 2,000 houses have been built in border villages,” Aleksanyan responded.
