Video: I Feel at Home, Says Serdar Kilic in Yerevan

Turkey's special representative, Serdar Kilic, expressed that he feels at home while speaking to Sputnik Armenia in Yerevan. In response to a question regarding the opening of the border, he mentioned that he does not have information about timelines, but the process is ongoing.

“We are preparing to open; the infrastructure is ready, but there are some issues that still need to be resolved, both technical and bureaucratic,” he explained.

When asked if Turkey has the political will to open the border, Kilic confirmed that this will has been present since 2022.
