Due to Pashinyan's Courage, the Route is Opening: Ursula von der Leyen
The President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, announced in Yerevan that Armenia and the European Union are at an unprecedented stage of rapprochement. During her visit to Yerevan, Ursula von der Leyen stated that the relations between Armenia and the European Union are now closer than ever before.
She emphasized that as a result of Nikol Pashinyan's demonstrated courage, an opportunity is emerging to open the route leading to Central Asia. “Through this, Armenia can become a regional hub, and Europe is ready to assist,” Ursula von der Leyen highlighted.
According to the Commission President, Nikol Pashinyan is working on healing old wounds, and they aim to support the peace process.
