At the OSCE summit held in Yerevan, Belarus is represented by opposition leader Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya. She emphasized that her presence aims to speak about Belarus. Tsikhanouskaya highlighted that the Belarusian people do not identify with the regime, that Belarus is not Russia, and that it is part of Europe.

"I am here to talk about Belarus, that Belarusians are not the regime, that Belarus is not Russia, and that we are part of Europe. I will raise questions about the necessity of Belarus's security and independence, supporting Ukraine, and maintaining European unity," she stated.
