VIDEO: Huge Water Mass That Remains Unused - Garnik Danielyan

“In water resource-rich Armenia, arid lands dominate. In Tavush Province alone, out of 25,394 hectares of agricultural land, only 3,695 hectares are irrigated. Meanwhile, the water from the Aghstev River could also be used for these purposes,” wrote MP Garnik Danielyan from the 'Armenia' parliamentary faction, alongside a video posted on his Facebook page.

“The video showcases the deplorable condition of the 'White Lake' reservoir constructed on the river. If improved, it could become a unique tourist destination. A huge water mass remains unused to the benefit of the Republic of Armenia and does not serve the development of horticulture for the people of Tavush,” Danielyan stated.
