Opposition Forces Cannot Create Such Issues in Foreign Countries, Edmon Marukyan

“The Minister of Economy has made a statement alleging that two opposition forces in Armenia are behind the issues related to Wildberries and Ozon. I expect the Minister to focus on solving the existing problem instead of making emotional declarations,” wrote Edmon Marukyan, the head of the Bright Armenia party on his Telegram channel.

“The opposition forces cannot create such issues in a foreign country—Armenia's partner state. The Ministry of Economy should have anticipated this situation if such developments were expected. The political conduct should be such that these problems don’t arise, and no working person suddenly learns on Labor Day that they may lose their job.

I have information that greenhouse farms are also facing problems; they have been informed that they can no longer sell their products in the EAEU territory, specifically in the Russian Federation. Therefore, representatives of the authorities should focus on their direct responsibilities and address these issues, as many people's daily bread depends on it,” wrote Edmon Marukyan.
