Cannot Guarantee It Is His Own Mansion: Yeghoyan to Karapetyan

A person who cannot guarantee the "peace" of his own mansion in France and is now being tried against the French Republic to prove that it is indeed his mansion and not someone else's Russian mansion (ICSID Case No. ARB 25/26). This was stated by Arman Yeghoyan, a member of the 'Civil Contract' faction, on his social media page.

“This same person promises France, the USA, Great Britain, China, and Russia to be guarantors of peace in Armenia,” he wrote.
