Ozon Director in Armenia Issues Clarification

The director of Ozon in Armenia, Hayk Karapetyan, has stated that there are temporary difficulties in the process of delivering goods from Armenia due to changes in customs clearance requirements for products imported to Russia.

"To avoid cancellations of orders because of delivery delays, we have temporarily limited the visibility of these products for customers in Russia. At the same time, all products from Armenian entrepreneurs that are in Ozon's warehouses in Russia continue to be sold without restrictions. Sales continue in Armenia as well; customers can see all products and, as always, can order any item from local sellers. We are already working on restoring supply chains and plan to restore the availability of temporarily unavailable products as soon as possible," he wrote.
