VIDEO: You Are Being Given a Prison ‘Putyovka’, Aleksanyan
Vahagn Aleksanyan, a member of the parliamentary faction of the 'Civil Contract' party, has released a video reminding that it is punishable by law not only to give electoral bribes but also to receive them.
“You are being given a prison ‘putyovka’, not an electoral bribe. Protect your relatives,” Aleksanyan added.
