“The development of states cannot be based on harming other countries or exploiting foreign resources. The leader of the Russian Federation emphasized that mutual respect and balanced approaches for all parties are necessary in global development processes.

“No country can develop in isolation at the expense of others or by harming them,” said the Russian president. According to him, this approach prevents development disparities and ensures overall stability.
