Video: Kocharyan is a Liar, Says Papoyan

The Minister of Economy of Armenia, Gevorg Papoyan, has posted a video on his Facebook page addressing a recent statement by Robert Kocharyan regarding the Armenian government's decision to grant customs fee or tax privileges to businesses, which he claimed was a manifestation of corruption.

Papoyan stated that if this is the case, then the companies belonging to Samvel Karapetyan, which have benefited and continue to benefit from these privileges, should confirm Kocharyan's claim and state that they received these privileges through corruption. Otherwise, according to the minister, it will be revealed that Kocharyan is a liar.
